MMD Nagisa Momoe WIP 2 - Can anyone rig the cape?

EDIT: Oh yeah, and if anyone can rig the cape decently, I can do something in exchange for it, like make you a custom MMD clothing thing/outfit or item or hair or whatever.

Everytime I try to rig the capelet, I give up because it's too difficult for me. ;^; I really want to release this model, but that cape is kind of important and I don't want to release her unfinished..



To-do:
* Get capelet rigged somehow
* Make soul gem
* Make weapon
* Change some toons
* Make her shorter

Special things with her:
* I made new eyebrows for her so they're more like they are in the movie.
* She has three Bebe faces in the "other" facial sliders.

Credits so far:
Base: Alfia, made into a base by me
Bangs: Ina-Haru, 3DCG, edited by me in meta
Hair: ElviraMoa, edited out the front sections
Clothes: Me
Shoes: Animasa Miku, if I remember right

I think that's it for the credits. After I get this done, I'd like to do Bebe, Devil Homura, Ultimate Madoka, and maybe some of the familiars. But mainly the second two.
