I burned my arm stupidly with hot water.. It hurts a loooot, no matter what I do. Really, it feels like it's burning still (though I kept it in cool water for a while and put aloe vera on it).. I don't want to take medicine though.

Owww. :dead: I keep putting it in water but jeeze.. looks like I'll have to take some pain meds or something. D;

My grandma put Salt on me. O.O (and aloe vera, of course)

You know how most grandma's are, they ALWAYS have something that could cure you. of anything.
and she's not good at explaining so when you ask, "why salt?" that's a VERY good question.

My cousin and best friend, when he was little, had a cup of boiling water dropped on him. He now has an enormous scar on his left shoulder, and he can't go out into the sun without a shirt on unless he puts this crazy expensive sunscreen on it.

It could always be worse, lol. Hope you feel better!

Ouch, that REALLY sucks. D: Luckily mine was only a first degree burn. I just had veeery hot water run all over both sides of my wrist, but it was quick and I ran it under cool water quickly. It looks like I just have a red/pink stain on my wrist. :o

Ugh, I did that one too! >.<;; it hurts like a bitch.
Um... I dunno, I did it the morning before school, and when I went to the nurse's office because it was bothering me too much they put some weird ointment/cream thing. I have no idea what it was though, but it helped.
